1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship to the following countries: United States, Canada and United Kingdom.
We are actively working to expand our reach and hope to serve more regions soon.

2. PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 10-14 business days. Please note that custom 3D-printed products require additional production time before shipment. You will receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

3. SHIPPING COSTS & DELIVERY

  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free worldwide shipping on all orders over $200

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to monitor your package's journey in real-time. Our tracking system provides detailed information about the last-mile delivery carrier, including contact details.

5. MISSED DELIVERIES

If you're not home when your package arrives, our logistics partner will deliver it to a safe location near your provided address. Many carriers provide delivery confirmation photos as proof of drop-off. Once the package is marked as "Delivered", we cannot be held responsible for theft or loss. In case of a missing package, contact us immediately and we'll coordinate with the carrier to locate your shipment.

6. DUTIES & TAXES

We believe in transparent pricing with no surprises at delivery:
  • All Import Duties & Tariffs: INCLUDED in your final price at checkout
  • Sales Tax (US & Canada): INCLUDED in your final price at checkout
  • International Customers: No additional fees upon delivery - what you see at checkout is what you pay

7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international orders, please note that delivery times may vary due to customs processing. While we include all import fees in your purchase price, your package may still require customs clearance, which can occasionally cause delays.
